25-12-2024The design of the pieces are limited to smaller body frames; very unflattering for a larger, curvaceous, and tall person. The pleats on slacks are closer to the zipper and extend lower toward the groin than I believe they should from my numerous years as a seamstress/tailor. The slacks and very short, sports-fit jacket look ridiculous on a woman with curves as well as tall height. The fabric is a nice flannel type. The olive color suit has a brown hue - it looks different in varied lighting and the pants appear slightly darker shade than the jacket when in mid-lighting. The pants lay well, hem goes to top of foot on 6' woman.

25-12-2024I ordered this in navy/large.I am a size 10-12 and the sizing is 8-10 for medium or 12-14 for large.Upsizing was the better thing to do because this would not look good if it were tight.The pants have front pleats and side pockets with an elastic waist and zip closure front.They are too long for me (5'1") so I will need to hem them...just a bit.The jacket is nicely tailored with just-right shoulder pads and small pockets.The single button closure is stylish and very flattering open or closed.The fabric is woven with a slight stretch (a bit of spandex) and is wash and wear (no dry cleaning required).It came a bit wrinkled (just at the folds) so I will wash/dry before hemming and wearing.It can flex to more business or more festive, depending on accessories.The quality is quite good for an suit at this price point and I look forward to wearing this for important work events or even special occasions.Five stars for now.Will update if it doesn't perform well over time.
